The Westport Arts Council is happy to announce the first in the series of Adult Hands On Workshops for 2025!
We have joined with Diana Kemp of White Heather Glass Creations to bring you a captivating 3-hour workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of stained glass artistry while creating your own beautiful heart-shaped suncatcher.
This hands-on experience will introduce you to this timeless craft in a supportive, creative environment. You’ll master essential stained glass techniques including: Glass cutting and grinding fundamentals using professional-grade tools, copper foil application methods that create clean, durable edges, proper soldering techniques to join glass pieces seamlessly and finishing methods to protect and enhance your artwork.
