This past weekend, Some Kind of Choir, performed their Spring Concert at Knox Presbyterian Church, in Westport, Ontario.
The music this season was all about travelling – Hit the Road Jack, Long & Winding Road, North West Passage, Royal Hudson, May it Be and Up Up and Away were just a few of our favourites.
We would like to thank Director, Cordon Purcell and Accompanist Mary Lou Carroll for their lead, professionalism and talent. A huge shout out to the all members of the choir who worked very hard practicing all season.
A big thank you to the public who came out to share in our love of singing….but want more music? Join us this Saturday May 20th, you can join us for the Gathering of the Choirs Festival at Knox Presbyterian Church, in Westport, ON. There is a workshop in the morning and then open to the public from 1:30-3:30pm. Enjoy both individuals and mass choirs. Free will offering.
